Why does honey taste and look different?

The flavor and appearance of honey varies as a result of the types of flowers and blooms the honeybee collects nectar from to produce the honey.  Yes, the flavor, texture, color, and shade of the honey depends on the type of flowers blooming In the specific ‘neighborhood’ where the beehive is located.  Therefore, wildflower honey can vary in taste from location to location... and from week to week when the beekeeper harvests the honey.  Yet, we all are convinced that wildflower honey produced in northeast Georgia and packaged by Ally Bees Honey taste the best!!!  Checkout our specific descriptions of our varieties of Ally Bees Honey.
